  • RA is always fast and easy and open at odd hours when you're craving sushi so that's always a plus. The outdoor seating in the Tempe RA is nice. The service and the RA on Scottsdale road is so bad that it's funny. You order a drink and it comes out with your last course. It's happened every time I go. The servers are always so sweet but they have no idea how to serve in a decent time frame. The food is always okay.
