  • ZERO STARS!!!!! Horrible customer service! Takes over a minute for an employee to notice I walked into a dead lobby. Then another minute to say "I'll be right with you" then i get, "what can I get you?" Had to repeat my two item order three times. Then Im sitting here enjoying you sloppy made sandwich when I notice the "manager" walk by and help her self to a munchkin, with no gloves. Stuff it in her face and just look at me. Then without washing her "sticky" little fingers she goes to clean the food prep area. Brushes the top shelf off with her little brush onto the bagel slicer and oven tray. Really?!!!! This location used to be the best in the valley, trust me, Ive been to almost every one. What happened to Will, he ran a tight ship. I hope the district manager is the same nice lady, I know her pretty well and will be contacting her about the service. Its sad, GET IT TOGETHER DUNKIN' !!!!!!
