  • I visited this hotel during my mini new year's vacation. The ambiance of the hotel is amazing and the steak restaurant had a wide variety of menu items. The customer service staff is friendly and professional. The location is in the center of downtown Montreal and only a short walking distance from Chinatown and a metro station (if you choose to ride the train). Cons: The brunch was unorganized and set up like a family dinner. I didn't know who to pay or how to pay until I went to the customer service desk to ask them to guide me through the process. A portion of the hotel is under construction. I would rate this hotel 3.5 stars if that was an option, but I am in a good mood, and since the room was comfortable with no problems, I rate it 4 stars.
