  • The service here is usually slow (especially with the elderly waitresses) but tonight was the worst. We sat down and was sitting there for literally 10 minutes before the waitress came and told us "I'll be right with you". 20 minutes past and we still don't have drinks? We left to go eat at the buffet. That waitress is a nice lady as we've been served by her before.... But 20 minutes is ridiculous. Hire more staff or lose your customers.
