  • After finding this quaint bakery and trying ALL of their delicious desserts, we just had to ask them to bake our wedding cake. It was the best decision! We had a three-tiered cake with a red velvet layer, and two vanilla layers. One of our vanilla layers had a cookie butter filling. All of our guests raved about the cookie butter! They also made passion fruit and pistachio macarons for our wedding, and those were gone in a heartbeat! The colors of the macarons matched our wedding colors beautifully! Mercedes and everyone at the bakery were wonderful to work with! Mercedes sent us a handful of gorgeous design choices for our cake, and customized our choice to fit the color scheme of our wedding. On the day of the wedding, our cake arrived on time. They added the succulents and greenery (provided by our florist) to the cake in such a beautiful way! We cannot get enough of The Great Gadsby's desserts. Whenever we are in the area, we always stop in for a treat. We recommend The Great Gadsby Bakery to everyone!
