  • The Dr is very nice, however I took myself and my 3 kids in to have a cleaning, our first time there last November.. no complaints. When we were done with our appointments they scheduled us for our next appointments.. 6 months out, for insurance purpose. They told us when I went to get cleaning for myself and 2 of my kids... 2 days later for my other child. Upon leaving my 3rd kids appointment they tell me I owe $80? I said I had already paid $60 the other day for the 3 of us, should only be $20 (copay) that day for my 3rd kid, who wasn't with us 2 days prior. They said oh... you were a bit early for your cleaning so insurance didn't pay... they booked the appointments for me months ago!!! They told me when to come back!!! It's the principle.... I would have hoped they know how to book appointments out... and go with insurance.. I was supposed to go back next week for crown.. hundreds out of my pocket but I will go somewhere else..
