Cheeva is my go-to lady for manicures, and Tiffany knows her job when it comes to pedicures. Cheeva's steady hand guarantees the perfect French manicure, and her work is neat and clean. Tiffany never fails to completely remove every trace of my infuriating ingrown toenail, and her pedicures last for weeks. I'm very pleased with the level of friendly service PNC offers... even the staff who I don't request for services know me and always have a smile and a friendly word. They even recognize my voice over the phone!
