  • I used to love this place. It was great food. My only concern used to be that they would overdo it with the cleaning chemicals and the place would smell terribly. Unfortunately, I must black list Poliberto's. They received a D on their health inspection. There are so many great Mexican food places in the Valley, why risk getting sick? (I don't think anyone actually got sick, but the risk remains.) I'd have a hard time going back even if they are able to raise their health inspection score up to an A. Again, why risk it with so many other options out there?
