Reposting this after the partial refund still didn't post to my account... Did some more research as well and found the email from beGlammed detailing the hourly process :/
I also had better recollection about the hairdresser doing exactly what I didn't want and when I said we need to wash it out and start over she said we would just have to do that the day of!! Even though I paid full price, after she found out it was a trial and decided the brides hair could wait to be done the day of (??)
The makeup artist just left after doing 4 makeups and kept rudely questioning as to why I wanted to do a trial with everyone, making me feel like crap for my bachelorette party that was supposed to be fun. yeah looking back it really sucked
original post: Yikes, glad I did a trial run before my wedding.
They are a call center style business and they won't let you talk with your stylists before your appointment. Since I was doing a trial run I wanted to see how much we could get done in 4 hours to see what my bridal party would need to do the day of. I was charged hourly, so I didn't think it would be a problem.
The stylists showed up and had no idea what I was talking about and things got stressful. As it turns out, they are paid per service so that's where the confusion was. Things turned out ok but I am going with a company where I can talk with my stylists befor
