  • I rate this place a 4/5 based on facilities, they have good washers and dryers; and they have a room for children to watch TV in with a projector. The building itself is a problem, the ducts from the ceiling blow right on your head if you move underneath them; and they are not covered. If a particle were to blow through a duct and hit a customer in the head, that would not be a good thing at all; so the ducts are considered a hazard. I brought up this issue to the laundry attendant that was working there, and when I told him that the ducts should have a grate or something else to cover the duct; he didn't seem to comprehend what I was saying. He said, "I have been here four years, and we know how it works." If the building department or an inspector came in and saw this issue, the problem would at least be noted; if the building manager doesn't get fined.
