  • Booked this hotel casino for a group over Memorial weekend. They charged a $500 deposit for the reservation back in March. We stayed and now it has been almost a month and they still have not credited back the deposit they charged us. They are really quick to charge but still haven't given us our money back. On top of that I was just charged another $98 for some unknown reason 2 weeks after our stay. Have emailed and they said 2 weeks ago someone named Lisa would get in touch and credit us back. That still hadn't happened and never got a receipt or any info on the additional $98 charge that happened 2 weeks after our stay. Pretty shady business practices. Resort was fine but this incredibly poor experience, lack of communication and under handed business dealing will have our group never stay there again. Will be contacting my bank and our attorney. People staying there need to be very careful about extra charges and deposits. Too many other places to stay to have to constantly deal with this to ever stay there or recommend this place.
