  • washer stopped working so my husband dollied it out to the back yard. being mechanically able, he opened it up to try to diagnose. he hoped it was a washer pump (133.80). it was sunday- mother's day, and they were open. when he asked anthony if he could return the part if it wasn't what he needed, he was told yes. when he went to return it (not installed, machine is still unplugged in the yard) he was told it was installed and they couldn't take it back. also the receipts say all sales final. i went after work today to try to appeal to their sense of fairplay and they have none (even the "manager"). i don't know if they sell good parts or not, but you'd better be sure you need it because it'll be all yours. i sold car parts for 28 yrs. and stood behind my products, warranties and refunds. it makes me sick that there are people like this out there.
