Thanks to Yelp I was able to find this place (seriously because the entrance is hidden down an alley) and know that it would be open and serving food at a late hour!
Seeing all the reviews about it I decided to go with the fried chicken. I was definitely not disappointed! So good and flavourful (maybe a bit on the salty side though). We had also ordered the tacos which were delicious as well (size was similar to tacos at La Carnita... kind of small but they give you 3).
I was also enjoying the throwback hits they were playing and the overall laidback vibe of the place. It was late on a week night; everyone sitting at the bar seemed to know each other and the bartender.
Extra shoutout to the badass neon tiger sign!
