  • Maggianos is a go-to for both work parties and colleague get-togethers. I love the food, and the portions are good enough to take some home rather than eating it all (which is nice, because of the price of some of these dishes...ahem). However, I am noticing a trend at this Maggianos - one that involves a lack of customer engagement and also a lack of respect for customers in general. A specific waiter, who I have had on several occasions, continuously causes friction at tables. This includes treating customers with less respect and also speaking ill of customers to other waitstaff (I have personally witnessed this very thing). This particular waiter is so awful I aways request being seated in a different section now rather than having to put up with him and his antics. So, while I like Maggianos, I caution those who dine there. While the food is 4 stars, the customer service is meh.
