Terrible customer service. Took 2 weeks to get service. Left instructions for them to call before they arrive because no one was living there. Called when he got there and left a message. I was in route. When I arrived he was gone and left a notice. Called to reschedule and they told me another week. At this point I'm going to replace the water heater and tell SWG to come and get their damn meter off my house. Horrible company and customer service. They didn't or wouldn't do anything to help "the customer" out. I hope this company goes bankrupt fast!!!
