I purchased a 2011 BMW 328i in 2013 with a CPO warranty. We purchased the extended warranty through the end of the loan and it was sold to match exactly the CPO warranty. I used to be treated well but over the years they have started cutting more and more corners and trying anything they can to not cover items that should by all definition be covered. I waited years to buy a luxury car and BMW OF HENDERSON HAS MADE IT AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! when my initial warranty ran out they tried to deny coverage on every item I have brought in - these are not wear and tear items - and I have had to fight them tooth and nail on every single thing they have repaired (and have most often won after days of arguing the issues). I recently brought it in and they told me the control arm broke and I must have hit something so it's not covered. I did not hit anything, and they tried this angle with me on another issue 2 years ago when the back trailing arm broke. The service writers are rude and unhelpful and it took 3 days to even get a diagnosis. HORRIBLE SERVICE, SELLING WARRANTIES UNDER FALSE PRETENSE, SHOTTY WORK PERFORMED AND THEY WILL DEFINITELY BE HEARING FROM THE ATTORNEY GENERAL ON MY ACCOUNT! BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CAR HERE!!!!!!
