  • Couldn't be happier with Jeff and the job that he did. I spent a day price shopping for home inspections, and looking at Yelp reviews and finally decided to use AZ-home tech. It's a one-man show and we absolutely loved working with Jeff. He scheduled our inspection for 9:30am and was at the house, and working before I even got there. He allowed us to shadow him through all of his inspections and was VERY thorough, took pictures of everything, explained what he was looking for, what the acceptable tolerances were for every item, and his opinion on how necessary the repair was. He also helped us Gauge how much each item would cost to fix. Our report was ready for us that night, via an online portal that was easy to use and easy to download as a pdf. It included all the pictures he took, explanations for everything and his recommendations. Honestly....this dude rocks. We really enjoyed working with him and felt very comfortable with his assessments and opinions. He charged us $275 (-10 bucks for paying in cash) to inspect the house which included a pool with water features and a built in fire-pit....and another $49 dollars to bring along a pest control company to do the termite inspection. Best price I found, very friendly and knowledgable, easy to work with, easy to schedule and we got exactly what we needed. I would obviously highly recommend this company for any home inspection you need to get done.
