  • My family just moved to Las Vegas from another city, and moving your entire life is a major ordeal. The folks at New West made this experience as painless as possible. Dealing with new landlords is always a wildcard. Melissa at New West met us where and when she said she would (a nice touch considering we had come hundreds of miles to be there) and from that point forward everything that was communicated to us went exactly as stated, no hidden agendas or fees, no surprises. They kept us well informed of each step of the process, and even worked with us to understand and accommodate our complicated and erratic schedule. When we arrived, a few items needed repair and they handled it faster than i have ever seen a landlord take care of a problem. Dealing with New West has been a breath of fresh professionalism in an industry rife with selfish and arrogant individuals who think owning a home is a source of income that excuses them from their legal responsibilities, with precious few exceptions. I hope my path leads me to work with property management companies from now on, because this is the way business should be done. Thank you New West!
