  • This location is over-staffed with poor attention to customer service. The staff are more interested in chatting amongst themselves than in helping customers. One girl was telling another one about the shampoo she uses and which ones leave her hair soft! How about if you approach the potential customer who has a furrowed brow and is searching for an item they can't find?
