| - Wasn't a bad experience as everyone said it was, although the 2-star "Meh. I've experienced better" sums it up pretty well. I found this to be a much more spacious store than some in Toronto, and I found a couple of the girls to be particularly helpful (one with an Irish accent) in helping me find some of the items I was looking for.
That being said, they didn't have a few items available, or were unable to find the items, even though their inventory said they were available (whether they looked hard enough, or whether the inventory was wrong, I don't know). Also, lineups for the register were unbelievably long, considering it was a weekend afternoon. It appeared that when I went, they had 2 trainees on cash and one person between the two of them who kept having to go back and forth helping them out. While I realize everyone's got to start somewhere, perhaps training during such a busy period wasn't the smartest use of staff scheduling.
