  • The apple store is great but multiple times ive returned a phone due to bad service providers at this location and both times they didn't return the phone to either carriers and I had large bills for hundreds of dollars sent to me. Both times this happened due to the staff at Scottsdale Quarters negligence. Verizon even posted a negative report to my credit because of the stupidity of the staff here failing to report the return. When I contacted the carriers they were befuddled as to why this store had not reported to them that they received the equipment back despite seeing record of the service being terminated. PATHEDIC! Do your job losers! Apple should pay up for the trouble.
