  • Can I give zero stars? My mom took a day trip from Houston to LA yesterday and she's still stuck at the airport for delays (over 12 hours in delays). For the last delay this morning they couldn't find the pilot. Turns out when they found him he was drunk. My mom is 70 years old and didn't have anything with her because it was a day flight but eventually they gave her a $50 voucher. Too little too late. To make matters worse, the heat was turned off at the airport and she was cold and without a blanket all night. Horrible experience for my poor mom who is still stuck in LA. I'll never fly Spirit Airlines...
