  • I just received a quick response to my previous review. The manager expressed her concern about lack of training at the front desk and will use this situation to better instruct her staff. Specifically, how to use a valid policy and when to make exceptions. I appreciated her action in this manner. I have always enjoyed my treatments here and now feel welcome to return.
