  • Josh, the owner i think was ok to deal with but the office manager ( wife maybe?) Amber really doesn't have the customer service skills for that position. She came off rude, unhelpful,defensive and took zero ownership of mistakes. They charge on the higher end for the area and for that I would expect better service. Switched to anthem pools and glad I made the switch.
