  • For some reason there are bad reviews out there for this apartment complex. My guess is that they're outdated. I have friends at many other (more expensive) apartments and their complaints range from maintenance not being helpful, or not after hours maintenance, appliances not working, low water pressure, heat/AC not working, getting rid of trash is a hassle, but I have none of those complaints here. The appliances work great. If I have an issue the staff is very helpful. Maintenance is available at all hours. It's inexpensive. There's a dumpster around every corner. Really nothing to complain about. I have minor issues, like parking is annoying. And sometimes when they leave a note saying they're going to be placing down pesticide or something, they never come, but those are usually third party groups and I really can't blame them for that. But from a purely apartment standpoint, they do a great job here. It's definitely targeted towards Hispanic people, so most of the staff is Spanish speaking as well, so if you're Spanish that's also a plus. If you're like me and you just moved down to Charlotte and you're worried about/trying to figure out finances, this is a great starter apartment for your first year or so. I honestly am considering extending my lease for another year and then buying a house after that.
