  • For a place that combines Thai, Chinese, and Vietnamese food into one restaurant, I must admit that Tottie's has pretty good sushi. I was pleasantly surprised. I only ordered water and few plates of sushi and rolls, but I enjoyed the experience fully. The ambiance is a 10/10, very beautiful interior with great design and architecture. Took a seat at the sushi bar and we were served promptly. The chef is Japanese (I think) and repeatedly insisted to us that "anything is possible". Liked that a lot. My water was never below halfway--I love this in a restaurant. I prefer not even to be interrupted and asked if I need more water, just do it. Quality if the fish was fresh, too. Nothing smelled or tasted fishy, even the raw stuff. It was great to watch the chef's knife skills over casual conversation, but partway through our meal, he did get very upset and yell at a server which was pretttttttty awkward and not very professional. All in all, I want to come back and try some of their entrees. I feel like I haven't had the full Tottie's experience yet since I only did sushi, so I'm excited for Round 2, whenever that may be.
