  • I have purchased multiple juice cleanses from Karma juice and they are the best tasting and most effective. Their product is better than most. As far as their customer service that is a different story. I found a promo online on the living social website and wanted to use the offer and was unable to do so with the person that answered the phone. They advised the owner would have to call me back. After explaining to him the promo I found and after him making me feel like he was doing me a favor he said he would honor it and have my cleanses delivered first thing the next morning. Well I waited all morning for my juices to be delivered hoping they would arrive prior to me going to work and they did not arrive, after calling the store and asking when they would be delivered they could not give me a time they would deliver them. My juices were Delivered sometime throughout the day but not at the promised time delivered. In addition I paid for two cooler bags that were $5 each and I did not receive them so I called and was told there was nothing they could do I requested a credit back and the owner said a discount was already given we cannot credit back the bags. They made their money but ended up giving me a bad feeling of how shady the business is and have lost a continuous customer. If you do use Karma juice just pay attention to your charges and beware that If they charge u for something u may not get it.
