  • I'm NOT a fan of this store. I have been here a few times, mainly to their other location though. I tried going here the other day to get some insoles and I was very specific on what I wanted to get. I had just had surgery and needed a particular type of insoles, which I had research online prior to coming in so I definitely knew what I wanted. However, the employees ALL tried to push their store products on me, the Roadrunner brand products! Like, incessantly pushing it on me. Wouldn't take no for an answer. Then, when I finally got through to them, the kid said he'd let me look at the insoles that were on the shelf and he'd be back in 3 minutes to see what I had picked out (also ridiculous because I ALREADY knew what I wanted, so I didn't need to wait or further look to choose). I waited and waited and waited, and fifteen minutes later, he still hasn't come back out. Needless to say, I walked out and I won't be back.
