  • great atmosphere awesome staff love how steve the owner is laid back but knows his sh@$! i love his rendition of a texas style sauce for his cab brisket. i bought a quart! great prices and enough on each order for two people. plus his specials are great tamale tuesday i ate off one plate for two days and fed my wife too! keep up the great job steve overlay of sin city smokers barbecue and catering! p.s. exactly what you would expect from the president of the nvbbqa & a kcbs award winning competition team & certified bbq judge!
