Dr. Cheung is really patient and happily answered all my questions and concerns. Staff is really friendly. Tiffany was really helpful as well.
When I originally made the appointment, I was told the eye exam would be $99 so I booked the eye exam and no contact exam. When I arrived, a different woman informed me my insurance would cover my eye exam and contact fitting. I was so happy! After the contact fitting I was charged $80 because the contact fitting was for progressive lens'. UGH, I tried the progressive lens's and didn't like them and had to pay the contact fitting fee anyway. I would have liked to have this explained up front. I was also quoted $497 for new glasses. I was shocked because I have insurance. We decided to hold off for a bit because that is huge chunk of change. When I went in to order them, I spoke with a different staff member that quoted me $238. I told her I was first quoted $497. She said that was without insurance. So, there was definitely a mix up with costs. I would have gone in to order my glasses sooner if I knew they were $238. We all make human errors but I would double check with your insurance when you get a quote.
Regardless, this place is awesome. Dr. Cheung is great, I felt valued as a patient and the staff is really friendly. I have gone in for three contact fittings now and it is not a problem, they want to find the best contact for me and I appreciate that. I have also taken my 5 year old with me several times and they were kind to her.
I didn't have to wait to long for any of my appointments and the place is very nice and clean.
I would recommend this place to anyone.
