I'm not sure what I was expecting walking into here. I see 6 employees and a line of 6 people waiting for service. Two employees are on a computer chatting, one is on his phone standing and hiding behind his computer, one helped one person and then went to the staff room to hide, one went into the bathroom and didn't come out during the 30 minutes I was waiting. That leaves one poor woman to help everyone else. She must be the lowest ranking employee.
If I could have returned my stuff over the phone, I would have.
Update: at least once I was finally attended to, Alex went above and beyond to help me out
