I went into the office at the end of January with severe lower back pain (2 car accidents from 10 years ago finally caught up with me). I immediately felt comfortable and trusting of the genuine people working there. I had X-rays done (in office; wonderful) as well as a consult, and was amazed at how horrible my spine looked. Happy though, that the pain was explained, and fixable. After about 2 weeks of care (not just adjustments), the pain subsided. After a couple months, we took another set of X-rays. My vertebrae were moving back to their rightful places. After a little over 8 months, they are almost completely in correct alignment. I haven't had pain in a very long time, and by fixing the issue at age 26, I undoubtedly saved a world of issues for my spine later.
One last thing--
I have a pretty chaotic schedule.. Unlike most doctors offices, I have never received grief for switching appointments.
