I will never, ever shop at Bed, Bath and Beyond and am telling everyone I know. If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased 2 sets of towels off a bridal registry on April 7th for an April 23rd shower. They were not available in store so I ordered with the staff. The following week I heard nothing about my order. I called the 800# twice and they would just say it was "in processing". I emailed twice and I still have yet to get a response. I finally called the store manager on the 20th. After 3 hours he called me back and said I would have them the following week. So I showed up at the shower empty handed. He was nice enough to offer a gift card and credit me for the towels. Well, I just received my bill and he never credited me and I never received a gift card. I just called now and he is processing the credit today on May 11th. How can such a big retail operation have such poor service in every way imaginable? I am done with this store.
