  • i regularly go to the commerce location, its always a line but being the original location, they're always super fast. i came to this location today and ordered the jasmine milk green tea, i usually ask for it with fresh milk. the girl would no change it. said they don't make changes. yes you do. she argued with me and said perhaps it was a manager that changed it for me. i told her it was not, especially since i go so often i know its not, i have also met the owner before. the service at this location does not compare to the others. i would give her a 1 star if i could. but it's strictly based on her service. she was also rude - she probably needs to be trained properly. i still love alley and they have my favorite teas!
