The care was as to be expected from a doctors office but the billing was a disaster. I was seen on 2 dates. I followed my EOBs they were paid 2 weeks after the date of visit yet it took their billing service 7 months to send me the first statement and 9 months to send me the second statement. This is absolutely ridiculous. I try to talk to get billing and get this generic I'm so sorry you are upset with the delay how would you like to pay? I'm so sorry you are upset with the delay, how would you like to pay? Like she didn't know what else to say. Wouldn't answer why it sat on someones desk for 9 months. Now since it was last year my TSA wont pay for it because it pays within that year. I run two medical clinics and would terminate my billers if they were this far behind. Granted they are using a massive billing service but I would expect better for my money and for my patients from a service I'm paying for. I couldn't even get a courtesy call back from the Office Manager.
