  • Man! I can't believe I gave this place another chance. Almost the exact same thing as my first post. I came to this place to price a tire because I have a steel shank stuck in my tire, and I have to get to work. They don't have the ire in stock but say they can have it brought over in 20 minutes. I agree and go wait. More than an hour goes by and still no tire. They never even followed up to see where the tire was. Once I ask what is going on, they call and tell me the tire is 9 minutes away. I end up waiting another 30 minutes before just leaving. They never bothered to apologize or offer any type of compensation. Now I am at another place where the wait is going to be about 45 minutes to have a new tire put on. At this point I Will be about 2 hours late for work, when I should have been on time if the timeframe that I was quoted would have been accurate. I will NEVER even attempt to give this place another chance.
