  • Purchased family 4 pack of "premium view" Love tickets, received an email voucher but no seat assignments. When redeemed at the box office given "standard view" not what I had paid for. Standard view is $50 less than premium on their website. Total scam. Will never purchase ticket again. I plan to file a complaint with BBB and challenge payment with my credit card provider.
