  • Wow I read the other posts and can't believe that I'm in the same place. I haven't ever had a bad experiance. The maintenance team is wonderful!!! I so appreciate the same day service and they are always friendly and professional. I also feel like they pay attention when they come and if they notice something else needs to be fixed or needs some improvement they take a action. For me this is one of the best reasons for living here is that I know if something needs repaired I just have to make one call and it's fixed the same day, usually within a few hours of that call. I have to say this is one of the best places I have ever lived. The office staff is always friendly and professional as well and I have never had them say they would get back to me and not. So maybe it's a new management and staff since the other 2 reviews?
