  • No refund as promised. I have waited over two weeks for the small refund that this company told me I would receive on November 4, 2015 for the previous issues I had with them. I have emailed them to follow- up twice with them on the status as to why I have not received it both on November 10, 2015 and November 18, 2015 and was given no information as so what the hold up is. The manager, Sharline has not contacted me and has not provided the refund that she promised me over the phone and via email on November 4, 2015.
