  • 0 STARS!!!!!! Wow. I'm so upset. I have been here once before and it was wonderful. Full hour massage, no interruptions. Today totally different story. 10 min into massage, someone walked in. I said "hello?" No answer. I said "who just walked into the room?" I heard "I'm here to observe the student." I told her I was uncomfortable with that. She didn't care, "it's a school." So why didn't it happen last time???? She was so rude. I told her I want to stop the massage. I was very uncomfortable with being observed while naked. So I give the woman $5 just for her troubles and ask for a refund of $35. "The credit card machine is password protected. You'll have to call the owner." So I call Dr Zhou. Super rude. "No way. No discounts." Even after I explained this didn't happen before. He absolutely didn't care. Wasn't easy at all to communicate with. NEVER GO HERE.
