  • I purchased a MonMount Dual LCD FreestandingMonitor Stand through Amazon that came from Outletpc.com. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product. After carefully following the assembly instructions, the monitors were attached to the arms and promptly went face down towards the desk! There was no way to adjust the tension, no instruction on what to do in this case. I am returning this to Outletpc.com and I am extremely upset by the face that Outletpc.com will NOT pay for the postage to get this POS back! I will be following up to insure that I not only get my purchase price back, but that I get the postage to return this POS back as well.
