I have used Steve at Suburban Plumbing for a water heater replacement and also for pump failure for a sewer ejector household pump. I have had trouble with the outflow pressure relief valve on the water heater since installation.....leaking water outside daily. Steve can't figure out why.....
Recently, he replaced the ejector pump and although this is a literally "dirty" job, Steve did a sloppy, costly, and incomplete job.....leaving me now to try and find another plumber who does this type of work and is willing to finish a dirty job and the $$$ part of job already done by Steve. He left the job with the sewer cover still off, the cement hole still half filled with sewer water, the container where he replaced the ejector motor pump is open due to the need to replace either the container or lid, where he could then place the new motor pump and contain all the water and sewage that is now half filling the cement box that everything sits in. He charged me $904 for a ~$500 (retail) pump cost and also $360 labor! He left grease stains ALL over my driveway, leaving me to try and scrub off. Would NOT recommend this company.....
