  • I'm writing a review even though we didn't use these guys because they were so pleasant to deal with, and because they had the 2nd most competitive prices (out of 9 companies I called.) If we hadn't gotten such an unbelievable price last minute from our neighbour's referral we absolutely would have gone with Pipe dreams. (They were also on the recommended list by the Ferguson plumbing guys on Charleston.) Chance answered our call quickly, and come out the next day to give an estimate on a water heater install when our heater broke down. Instead of a quick glance and sky-high estimate, they took the time to evaluate our garage and propose the best location, bringing up a number of considerations I hadn't even thought about. They were very knowledgeable about the tankless models we were considering, and brought up alternatives (that we actually went with in the end.) We were trying to conserve costs by doing some of the costs ourselves, and they were willing to work with that to help us save. Not all companies are willing to do that so I certainly appreciate it! I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys again for future needs.
