  • My truck while driving on the 202 freeway was damaged by another truck who lost two tires off the back of his truck bed. He didn't have a tailgate nor did he secure them. The tires destroyed my entire front of the truck, hood everything. I have used Service King in the past and was told by the Tow Truck driver to use Impact Auto Body instead. My Insurance Company, State Farm said the same. Actually, Impact Auto Body is ranked #1 as I was told by my Agent and in reading reviews, so I went with them. Robert who worked with me at Impact kept me appraised of all the work that was being done, as well as followed up as repairs were completed. I can attest to this: Impact is the best, provides outstanding knowledge of repairs needed, and wastes no time in getting the job completed. Very astute in their business model, with friendly employees, knowledgeable and organized staff of people in the office and inside the shop. Outstanding company. Anthony Tafoya
