  • Beer Stop 143 ----- I came here after getting a recommendation from Angels Trumpet. I didn't actually realize how big Phoenix area was, until the Uber was $40 bucks! Oh well, Beer Research Institute was worth the trek. Let me just say this, if you love IPA's, COME HERE! B.R.I. crafts several different styles of IPA - from Belgian to Single Hopped to Black to Fruit IPA. I had a taster flight of each and was very impressed with them all. The standout was the Belgian IPA , usually I'm not a fan of the yeast/hop balance in a Belgian IPA but B.R.I's version was a bit more hop forward then typical. Nice! You need to come here, especially if you love IPA's!
