rev:text	We were eventually seated and our waitress came over and sat at our table with us to take our order. We received our hummus which was very good and then she came to sit with us again and take our order. When my wife ordered Med Rare she asked if she's good with red? She said yes and then I ordered and I said would like M R also. They brought out the burgers and truffle fries which were good but underwhelming. I then took a bite and realized my burger was not just well done but well well done. I asked my wife about hers and she showed me her well done burger. I was in shock since we watch every show that Gordon does and couldn't believe they couldn't get the cook right. Our waitress or I should say order taker took them back to the kitchen. We tried not to eat the fries but figured they would only get cold. The manager brought our burgers back, set them down and asked us to cut into them to make sure they were right. He didn't apologize or say anything about the error and it felt like we were being unreasonable to ask that it be cooked properly. Then he started small talk "what brought you here" etc and said he is the manager if we needed anything. The whole situation was very strange. The burgers were the best burgers we've ever had but would not go back there for all the other nonsense. Thought maybe they would comp a drink or something but should have figured. We have been to Gordon Ramsay Steak and had the best food and service you can imagine.
