  • I have been using Sonoran Garage Doors for so long now, maybe 15 years and two diff houses for a total of about five service calls. Im ashamed to say this is my first review of their work as it is a long time coming and they are so deserved. This last repair came as I cleaned my garage and accidentally left a broom handle in the track. I heard that familiar, awful crunch and reaching for the phone. The way I tweaked the track the door wouldn't shut but a couple feet, so I was particularly nervous about the prospect of having to wait several days to get it fixed. Amidst my angst I had forgotten it was 930 on a Saturday night, but Denise answered anyway and not only answered but set my appt for 10AM the next day... Sunday. Gabriel showed up, as he has done so many times for me, smiling and ready to put me at ease and fix my mess. Within an hour he was done, the door was perfect and the fee was so reasonable I felt guilty it wasn't more of a lesson for my stupidity. There was no Sunday premium charge or emergency call fee, just Sonoran Garage Doors doing what they do best at a time when I needed them most. Thank you Sonoran Garage Doors. I can't think of a company (or people) with whom I do business that takes care of us like you do and everyone should know how great you guys are!
