  • I had an appointment today at 10 a.m. and I never received a confirmation call prior to appointment as promised . So I called them at 7 a.m. to find out they cancelled my appointment. I never received a call or any notice and I made this appointment a week ago. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and how rude to just cancel my appointment. I was looking forward to trying this academy as I read good reviews about them but that is not the experience I received .
