  • Where do I start. My room was filthy with visible trash behind the tv, hair on the bathroom floor, really disgusting vent in the ceiling of the shower, partial broken sink handle, and more. I tried too call the front desk twice, rang over 15 times with no answer. Room 1414, room was extremely loud, elevator noise, ice machine noise, walls are paper thin. I tried to leave and book another hotel the very first night but all hotels close by were booked full and my conference was in this hotel. Only good thing was the valet staff, they were professional and efficient. That is the only reason this gets even 1 star. I will never return to this hotel, even if they have me s free staff. HORRIBLE, DIRTY, AND DATED.
