  • We took our 8 year old son in, because her regular pediatrician was booked. Our son had a fever, along with a cough that caused vomiting -- we explained that nothing over the counter was working. The doctor said there was nothing he could do. We wound up taking him into his regular pediatrician the next day. Our son had severe bronchitis that was possibly pneumonia. Needless to say the doctor completely misdiagnosed our son. Really doctor, nothing you can do? There are medications to at least treat the symptoms of his cough with vomiting.
